Mirabilandia is the largest amusement park in Italy, located in Ravenna. The Butterfly House, located in Milano Marittima in the suggestive pine forest of Cervia, is a large park dedicated to the wonder of butterflies. Cervia salt pans
Cervia, famous for its sweet salt, offers visitors a unique experience in the Saline Park, where the thousand-year history of salt production blends harmoniously with the beauty of the surrounding nature.The guided tour of the Saline Park is a journey through an ancient tradition and the observation of a unique ecosystem that is home to various species of birds, including flamingos, knights of Italy and great white herons.
With its 827 hectares of extension, shallow waters and high concentration of salt, the Cervia Salina is a point of reference in the Northern Adriatic and a Wetland of International Importance.
The salt production process takes place in an artisanal way, with manual harvesting in some basins. Traditional technique combines with modernity with the use of conveyor belts and trolleys.
The result is a sweet salt, characterized by the purity of sodium chloride and a low percentage of other chlorides. The Saline Park offers different ways of exploring, including on foot, by bicycle or by boat, always accompanied by expert guides.
The Cervia Saline Visitor Center organizes guided tours during the best period to admire the beauty of the park, from March to November, also offering the possibility of purchasing the prized Cervia sweet salt and other typical products in the park's sales point.
Italy in Miniature
Italia in Miniatura, located in Viserba di Rimini, is a theme park that transforms visitors, especially the little ones, into curious giants ready to explore 273 Italian architectural wonders in miniature.Since 1970, Italia in Miniatura has offered a fascinating journey through Italy, with miniatures of monuments, palaces, historical sites and enchanting landscapes, reproduced with extreme precision and realism. Fiabilandia
Fiabilandia, located halfway between Rimini and Riccione, is the first family theme park inaugurated in Italy. With an area of 150,000 m2 surrounded by greenery, it is a place entirely dedicated to children, with themed attractions suitable for all ages.For the little ones, there are the rides in the Magic Village and the Gnome Village, where it is possible to travel aboard a caterpillar. Older children can have fun in the Fu Ming Labyrinth, explore Fort Laramie and the Apache Village or experience the thrill of the Gold Mine, a roller coaster that offers breathtaking curves and descents.
Among other attractions, there is Neverland in Peter Pan's Bay and Fiabilandia's roller coaster, the SpaceMouse. For a moment of relaxation, there is also a 4D cinema that offers unique sensory experiences.
The park also offers a boat that sails on Lake Fiabilandia, allowing visitors to admire the surrounding flora and fauna. During the month of June, Palm Beach also opens, an area with large water slides suitable for children aged 5 and up.
Fiabilandia is open from late March to early November and offers numerous souvenir shops and dining options that include quick snacks, self-service meals and full lunches. Furthermore, the lakeside restaurant offers a selection of foods for celiacs.
Aquafan
Famous throughout Europe, Aquafan in Riccione offers more than 90,000 m2 of swimming pools, slides and water games suitable for all tastes and ages.The heart of the park is the majestic wave pool, a 2,800 square meter pool that reaches a depth of over 3 meters in height, perfect for being lulled by the undulating movement of the water reproduced at various times of the day.
It's impossible to resist the lure of the over 3 km of slides, with more or less adrenaline-filled descents, to be traveled alone or in a group on inflatable boats that accommodate up to 4 people. The more adventurous won't be able to miss the 208 meter long slide to ride in the dark, with a difference in height of almost 20 metres.
At Aquafan there is also no shortage of equipped areas and games for children. In fact, in the three areas dedicated to children there are as many swimming pools with slides and water maximum 50 cm high, for a swim in complete tranquility.
It wouldn't be Aquafan without hugely popular events and concerts, foam parties and late-night openings with the presence of national and international DJs and stars. The park also hosts one of the most well-known radio stations in Italy, Radio Deejay, which broadcasts live from the Aquafan in the summer months.
And finally relaxation areas, shops, restaurants, a picnic area and a large green space in which to walk.
The park is open every day from early June to mid-September. There are reductions and free tickets for children, season tickets, and also the possibility of purchasing combined tickets with the Cattolica Aquarium, Oltremare in Riccione and Italia in Miniatura in Rimini.
Atlantica
From the beginning of June to the beginning of September, the Atlantica water park in Cesenatico opens its doors to those who want to spend a refreshing day of fun.To welcome visitors to the park, a large circular wave pool characterized by a central atoll that emerges from the waters and hosts events and entertainment every day.
For waterslide lovers, Atlantica's offer ranges from relaxing descents, to a panoramic tour of a slide that winds for over a kilometre, up to the 60% gradient of the most dizzying slides, which guarantee an immediate adrenaline rush. The slides that start from towers more than 15 meters high are also thrilling.
For the little ones, the park offers a shallow water swimming pool, where children can play under the spray fountain and go wild on the mini slides. Furthermore, on some days you can take advantage of discounts on entrance tickets dedicated specifically to families.
Atlantica also organizes private night parties and birthday parties upon request; finally, there is a green area and two refreshment points.

Cattolica Aquarium
The Cattolica Aquarium is an exciting journey into the marine world, hosting a vast variety of species from all over the world.
With a surface area of 110,000 square metres, it is the largest aquarium in the Adriatic and the second largest in Italy. Its tanks and display cases house over 3,000 specimens of over 400 different species, offering visitors an unforgettable experience.
Among its most spectacular attractions are the bull sharks, the largest in Italy, which swim in the central tank of the aquarium. But they are not the only protagonists: there are also Humboldt penguins, otters, rays, jellyfish and many other fascinating inhabitants of the sea.
Enthusiasts can pet the purple stingrays in the touch tank, under the guidance of an expert, or get to know the eastern small-clawed otter and the South American dwarf caiman.
A path dedicated to the species that live between land and water hosts exotic reptiles, insects and amphibians, such as chameleons, geckos and iguanas.
The Aquarium also offers the opportunity to witness the daily feedings of sharks, penguins, otters and stingrays together with the park's biologists. For a unique experience, you can spend a whole night in front of the bull shark tank.
The park is only open during certain times of the year, typically from mid-April to mid-September, and on special occasions such as Halloween and the Christmas period. It offers discounts and free admission for children, as well as combined tickets with other theme parks in the area.
